MuRay (Courtney A. Kazembe)

Welcome. I’m MuRay (Courtney A. Kazembe), author of I AM and founder of the Global Institute for Freedom, Transformation & Enlightenment (GIFTE).

This is a space to explore who we are beneath our thoughts, roles, and expectations—and to practice living with greater presence, freedom, and an open heart.

Here you’ll find conversations about awakening from the programmed mind, guided meditations, personal stories, and practical ways to meet everyday life with awareness.
