Citizens Advice Scotland

The Scottish Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux represents 59 member bureaux across more than 280 locations, which together form Scotland’s largest independent advice network. We work to make society fairer and ensure people’s rights are respected. We deliver advice and information when it’s needed most - face to face, by phone and online - and we work to bring about positive change through research, policy and campaigns. Each year we give a piece of advice every 19 seconds and advise almost 300,000 people in Scotland.
