Locs. Bodybuilding. Lifestyle.Discipline.

Welcome to my world of bodybuilding, prep life, and redefining what fitness looks like as an immigrant and a black woman.

I’m a wellness athlete showing up with grit, grace, and my pup Izzy by my side. This channel is all about real representation, structured routines, and staying strong through every season of prep.

Subscribe for workouts, nutrition tips, show updates, and a peek into life beyond the stage with Izzy never too far behind 🐾
