Ciara Kaneen

This channel will is a space for me to post videos about things that I am passionate about.

I love the Isle of Man and its history. Living a slow and fulfilling life is at the heart of everything I do. My videos will center on helping others lead a slower lifestyle through getting out into nature and learning about the history of where they live. From hiking to running to yoga to photography to gardening, foraging, and cooking great food. These are all things that I believe promote a healthy body and mind.

If you like my videos then follow my Instagram page for bright sunny posts :).
