Early diagnose of breast cancer and heart disease in my late 30s threw my life out of balance. 
But it also helped me realize:
🌹The food we put in the mouth today determines how we look and feel one week, one year, and ten years down the road.
 🌹A strong body and a well-grounded mind are the foundations of everything. 
 🌹Keep learning and grow are the cornerstones to make us feel confident and will supports us to embrace the uncertainty of life.
