Christine Bar Noël

Hi, I'm Christine Bar Noël, born in France, entrepreneur, World Champion ballroom dancer, podcast host and Sustainable Success Coach. Overthinking, systems and perfectionism are my wheel house. I'll help you challenge society’s standards, own your power & protect your peace.

I'm the founder of the Dance Wellness Community that provides athletes with mental, physical and financial tools & resources through an online community app, in-person Recovery Lounges, licensed practitioners & retreats. I love traveling the world with my husband & son and I also host the Recovering Perfectionist Podcast where I ignite vulnerable conversations with expert guests on various topics surrounding perfectionism & mental well-being.

My husband and I own SEN 1 Media where I get to show-casing my talent on camera as a broadcast media correspondent interviewing experts in technology, athletics & entertainment at elite events & conventions worldwide.
