The 15 Second Martial Arts Coach is an ongoing series of short, concise videos in which I will share comments, observations, and aphorisms relating to  both the training in, and teaching of martial arts.  They're designed to serve as catalysts for thought and ideas for you, to help you keep your mind, attitude, and senses pliable and receptive, and possibly serve as a breath of fresh air for you regarding martial arts.

Developed in my over five decades of experience in Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali-Escrima, as well as other martial arts and exercise training protocols, I believe the material in the videos is useful and beneficial to any martial artist seeking to improve their performance, regardless of what system or style they may practice.
