I’ve spent five fascinating decades exploring the nuance of human resilience and thriving across the lifespan. My teachers have been an endless stream of young people, seekers, and leaders who have faced adversity and not only survived, but thrived. 

The profound lessons they taught me have informed my work spanning the human experience, from leadership to relationships, parenting to personal growth. Each of us has the capacity to not only see ourselves differently, but to serve as an “alternate mirror” through which others can see themselves and the world around them through new eyes.
