I started practicing yoga in late 2019 to boost my mental and physical health and ended up discovering so much more. Yoga helped me connect with myself on a deeper level, and now I want to help you do the same. I believe yoga is for every body, no matter your shape, size, or fitness level. My classes are all about making yoga accessible and fun, with props and variations to suit your body.
