Chlorophyll Phil

Chlorophyll Phil is a London-based music producer and DJ. He produces melodic and progressive house or techno, with long ambient sections and builds followed by strong and often euphoric drops. His music is inspired by techno, tech house, and various sub-genres of house, including breaks and synthwave. Some of his tracks even feature dubstep-like elements or classical instruments such as organ and brass.

In 2023, he brought out his first album, “Five Elements”, with each track intended to imply a connection to each of the five late-classical elements of the ancient world: earth, water, air, fire and aether.

After DJing disco, funk, house and garage for several years in South London at private parties and venues such as Tiger, Camberwell, Pear Tree in Battersea and party boats on the Thames, Chlorophyll Phil has been focused more lately on refining his production quality and style, with further releases in store for 2024 and 2025.
