Child's Pose Yoga

Welcome to Child's Pose Yoga! My name is Carly Walker. I am a certified kid's yoga instructor with over 20 years of yoga experience.
My goal is to help these tiny humans master the ability to quiet their minds and bodies and tune into how they are feeling emotionally and physically – a skill that will benefit them for a lifetime to come.
Each play-based kids yoga class is an interactive and imaginative journey into your child’s developing mind, body, and spirit. We will practice kid's yoga poses with fun props, and yoga games. And you do not even have to leave your house. Your kids will love it!
