Chef Vinnie's Kitchen

For the Past 40 Plus Years, I've Gotten to Wake Up Everyday & Do What I Love to Do! Almost Doesn't Seem Fair. My journey started at the age of 13. I was hired by Chef Bobby Leadbeater to be a dishwasher. Through Leadbeater's teaching, I put on my first Executive Chef Coat when I was 17 & a senior in high school . Two years later, I joined the Navy as a chef for officers. I spent the next 3 years in the Far East. Every country I landed in, I found a kitchen that would allow me to cook with them. Korea, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand & so many more. When I came back to the US, I would take the dish and add a Far East technique that I had learned. In the past 5 years sustainability has become Very important to me. With that said we use as much locally sourced & direct from farmers as I possibly can. Now I am on a mission to offer as many of my products to put you in the Chef's Coat right in your own home. Let Chef Vinnie's Products take you on a Culinary Journey of your very own.
