Chef Gordo

Cooking with Chef Gordo means breaking the rules. Recipes and directions can be a pathway to mediocre cooking so they must be adjusted to make things right.

Chef Gordo likes to cook fast, and also sometimes...slow&low.

Using broilers, high flames, high pressures, even solar cooking can be a fun adventure!!!

Cooking can be a great source of heat for cold climates, but also, not so good inside during hot summer months!!! Because of that we cook all kinds of things outside on the grill and traditional oven cooking can be done utilizing warm up times to minimize actual heat generated.

After all, cooking has alot to do with simply changing the temperature of the food.
