Chef T @ Jack it up Vegan Eats Food Truck

From the heart of Rockford, Illinois to the bustling campus of Northern Illinois University and back again, Chef Terrell, fondly known as Chef T, is stirring up a plant-based revolution.
With a B.S. in Hospitality Management (Restaurant Focus) under his belt, Chef T's reputation on NIU's campus grew from BBQs to innovative plant-based dishes.
For the past years, with unwavering support from his wife Raquel, Chef T has been dishing out plant-based wonders from his truck, “Jack It Up Vegan Eats.” Which is currently a Food truck based in Rockford. It's not just about offering vegan alternatives but about reimagining dishes like Plant-Based Ox Tails, Chicken, and Cheese, ect. Using jackfruit as a primary ingredient.
His motto? "Discipline, structure, obedience, and order are all taught and learned through your lifestyle of eating." Bypassing processed vegan options, Chef Terrell is all about 100% plant-based cooking from scratch
All praises, HalleluYah.
