Chat Walk

Hey there! Welcome to Chat Walk, where women in midlife meet for scenic weekend walks and real talk.

We explore peaceful trails in our local neighbourhoods, plus the occasional outing and chat about everything from books to life’s curveballs. Sometimes we don’t talk at all, and that’s okay too.

Follow along for calm trail vibes, community updates, and midlife magic!

Talk. Stroll. No Big Whoop.
