Chaos to Control

Welcome to the channel, I'm Chris.

A 32-year-old dad from Cornwall and the founder of chaos to control CIC (in formation).

I'll be sharing the reality of rebuilding a life after years of alcohol and drug abuse, ADHD, anxiety, setbacks, and plenty of hard lessons.

This channel follows my journey from chaos to control. You'll find daily sobriety updates, mental health conversations, family life, diggers and machinery, DIY projects, football, the Cornish countryside, and honest reflections on what it takes to keep moving forward one day at a time.

No fake gurus. No perfect lifestyle. Just real life, real struggles, real wins, and proof that change is possible.

If you're fighting your own battles, trying to improve your life, or just enjoy watching a bloke from Cornwall figuring it out as he goes, you're in the right place.

Subscribe and come along for the ride.

Cheers n gone.
