Chanel & Mika

We are Chanel and Mika, a crazy couple of nature lovers in South Africa striving to live as minimally and as close to nature as possible.

We’ve been off the grid since 2020, and it’s taken four years to find our forever home and reconnect with our roots. We live in a tiny house that we built ourselves, almost completely from reclaimed materials and spend our days teaching music to local village children. We are passionate about sustainability, slow living and growing our own food. Subscribe to follow along as we steward our land and turn it into an off-grid paradise.
