Chad.Taylor.Psychotherapist

I’m Chad Taylor, Psychotherapist and Author of "It’s You, Oh F*ck, It’s ME."

This channel is about the gap between what we understand about ourselves and how we actually fucking live.

Relationships. Addiction. Therapy. Identity. Projection. Responsibility. The unconscious patterns we repeat while convincing ourselves we’ve changed.

You’ll find episodes of my Podcast, "Who the F*ck Are You? In Session with a Psychotherapist", alongside conversations and videos exploring the parts of ourselves we would usually rather avoid.

You'll also find Opening Readings from my "Oh F*ck. It's Me. Coaching Psychotherapy Group." and teachings from my CPD Course "Critical Self Awareness for Therapists."

I’m less interested in telling you how to live your life and more interested in asking why you keep living it the way you do. Because understanding yourself and changing yourself are not the same thing.
