長庚國際醫療中心將從您尚未抵達台灣前，便開始提供各項服務。國際醫療病患協調師可以以英語或華語和您討論您的治療計畫、建議您應該提供哪些病歷資料、預估可能的醫療費用以及提供您抵達台灣後所需的交通資訊。

例如，國際病患協調師可以提供您從台灣桃園國際機場到本院的交通資訊、協助您預訂酒店及旅社房間、幫您與醫師討論整合各項預約與手術時間、協助您完成掛號手續及提供您在長庚醫院的各項生活資訊。

Each of our patients deserve the best medical care we can offer. Our International Medical Center (IMC) offers you a personal coordinator, who will guide and assist you through every aspect of your medical journey.
Your medical coordinator can:
► Help you find the most appropriate medical specialist
► Arrange appointments and consultation.
► Assist you with your travel accommodations (visa preparations, ticketing, etc)
► Arrange transportation services (airport pick-up) - please note that transportation fees must be self-covered.
► Make hotel accommodations for extended stays - please note that living expenses outside of the hospital must be self-covered.
► Offer financial counseling
► Arrange special religious/cultural accommodations
