Centre for Psychology and Emotional Health

The Centre for Psychology and Emotional Health is a well-established practice in downtown Toronto that helps people make meaningful and lasting changes. We are a team of registered psychologists, psychological associates, social workers and psychotherapists who use an evidence-based approach to treatment. 

Our therapists have training in many evidence-based therapies, and our therapy approaches are supported by research and custom-tailored collaboratively to effectively address a client’s unique concerns. These include but are not limited to: Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT-C), Emotion-Focused Couple Therapy for Resolving Emotional Injuries (EFT-C-EI), Sex Therapy for individuals and couples, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Based Approaches.
