Centre for Labour Research and Action (CLRA) works to promote rights and entitlements of migrant workers’ in the vast informal sector economy of India. The Centre's work has been focused to fill in critical gaps, related to lack of data on the work and living conditions of migrant workers; working closely with the state machinery to advocate and address lack of specific orders by the state to the lower functionaries and lack of a comprehensive implementation policy, plan, procedures and mechanisms to monitor of service delivery.
