Hello, I’m Grace, the founder of Centred Mums and Women's Health Pilates specialist with fifteen years of experience helping women reconnect with their bodies and transform their relationship with exercise. 

I offer specialist classes for pregnant, postnatal, perimenopausal and menopausal women. My classes are built around Pilates, but bring in all sorts of other elements from nutrition to relaxation and more, to create a supportive, non-competitive environment for you to develop your practice.

My particular passion lies in pelvic floor health and I have supported hundreds of women through complex conditions including prolapse, stress and urge incontinence, pelvic organ dysfunction, and the physical challenges of menopause. My expertise spans all stages of womanhood - from preparing for pregnancy and supporting postnatal recovery, to navigating perimenopause and beyond.
