At Centred, we provide a "safe space to land" for anyone embarking on their mental health and wellness journey. Our commitment lies in demystifying mental health, making it practical, and ensuring it is accessible to all. Our practice is led by two licensed clinicians with a collective two decades of experience: Chalanie Stiebel Lawton, MSc., a Developmental Clinical Psychologist, and Jessica Thompson MSc., a Counselling Psychologist.
