This Little Light of Mine (Integrated Wellness)

In 2011 I underwent VSG (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) as an attempt to manage my weight. Multiple complications, a long battle with mental health and several life changes later, I am inspired to share my journey as a guide post for those embarking on a weight loss surgery journey. As a mother of 4 children, conceived post-operatively, I hope I can help other women to be empowered in their holistic health care. I have worked in the field of alternative health  since 2013 and work daily to integrate the tools I've learned to manage my and my family's wellness mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
