Cedar Hours

Music to fall asleep, unwind and breathe.

Cedar Hours makes long, gentle soundscapes for deep sleep, meditation, study and quiet evenings: slow chord progressions, soft strings and pads tuned to 432 Hz, with subtle delta binaural tones and, on some nights, rain, fire or wind.

Every video is its own place and its own night. No sudden changes, no drums, no vocals. Press play, dim the lights, and let the hours pass.

New sleep sessions weekly. Headphones recommended for the binaural tones (never while driving).
