CC Matthews | After 60 Coach

I'm Coach CC Matthews, a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience working hands-on with adults over 50, 60, and 70. It all started after serving active duty in the U.S. Air Force.

This channel covers the full picture. Not just exercise. Not just food. Everything you need to stay strong, move without pain, keep your energy up, and stay independent for the long haul. Nutrition, strength training, pain relief, balance, sleep, and real stories from real people I've coached over the past two decades.

If you've ever felt like most health advice wasn't made for someone your age, this is your channel. No complicated programs. No gimmicks. Just simple, practical guidance from someone who's been in the room with people like you for 20 years. Let's Go!
