CBT Therapist - Erika Bischoff, LCSW

Not everyone needs therapy or wants therapy but I believe everyone can benefit from therapy tools. I wanted to create this channel to provide some of the therapy tools that I use in my practice so that more people can benefit and use them. 

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have over 15 years experience in providing therapy to clients in private practice and specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy. The videos on this channel are for educational purposes only. Therapy is a more in depth process to get to underlying issues and these videos are not a substitute for therapy.
