At Therapy by Hannah, I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental and emotional challenges through evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Counselling. It is my mission to provide you with a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and work towards meaningful change. 

Based in Kettering, Northamptonshire, I have flexibility with one-to-one sessions to suit everyone’s busy everyday lives. I offer sessions remotely for those not local or in my confidential and secure therapy room.
