Caya Heart2Heart

Hi, my name is Caya and welcome to my channel. For the last 7 years, I have been on my own journey of healing.
My childhood was marked by intense narcissistic abuse and that pattern has followed me throughout my life.

Until I chose to heal. I have educated myself on abuse, attachment theory and neuroscience. And I feel I want to share my knowledge.

A big turning point was when I met Daria. She has an outward fearful avoidant attachment style, five years into her healing journey. She has documented her inner world with remarkable honesty and depth.
Myself having an inward fearful avoidant style, reading her work was like seeing the other side of the mirror.

With her full blessing, her writing becomes the starting point of this channel and I weave in my own experiences, research and perspective from there.

If any of this resonates, stick around.
