My practice is your West End Ottawa home for CPT and EMDR: the two most widely used and evidenced based forms of trauma therapy.  My practice offers virtual and in-person appointments.  It's located at:

In addition to being a counsellor I'm also a yoga instructor and an avid reader.
My channel features the following:
1. Tuesday book reviews - I review all the books I read and give you my recommendations
2. Thursday yoga pose - I feature yoga poses that will help you release tension built up by stress and trauma.
3. I mix in my therapist hot takes and information about my services.
