Sacred Heart Mental Wellness takes a new and proactive approach to mental health.

From the Founder: As a counselor for over 15 years, and an international speaker on mental health issues, I realized that (no matter where in the world someone was from) there were similarities in what people did and did not know about their anxiety; and those unknowns were causing problems in their mental well-being. That is why I created Sacred Heart Mental Wellness. To teach you the tools and strategies to be intentional and proactive with your mental health. To provide you with the skills to face those challenges head-on, and the knowledge to navigate them.

Thank you for taking the time to be intentional with your mental wellness, I am so excited to be on this journey with you!
