Catalist Realty

Catalist Realty is the only brokerage of its kind in Sarasota, Florida. Our model introduces a charitable contribution into every deal that we broker. The donation is carved out of the broker’s commission and is a value-added service for our clients. It’s simple: Buy or sell a home, choose a non-profit, change a life.

While many brokers / agents market themselves as philanthropic, very few incorporate charitable giving on a transactional level. Catalist Realty is leading the charge, offering agents, buyers and sellers an opportunity to reinvest in their community without ever taking away from their bottom line. We invite you to become a part of our story, learn about our non-profit partners, and make a difference through the power of real estate.
