Writing has always been the engine — the infrastructure beneath everything else. The music, the observation, the particular and unhurried way he metabolizes experiences. 

There was never a beginning. There was simply the moment he recognized what had always been operating.

What lives here are stories of love and consequence - nothing so arrogant as reinvention, only the audacity of a singular sensibility pressing itself against the familiar until something previously unarticulated comes through.

The aesthetic is always intentional.
