Casey Crespo // Unsubscribed

Casey Crespo walked away from NYC, the film industry, alcohol, and an entire identity that looked “successful” on paper but felt dead in her body.

This channel isn’t about perfect healing.
It’s about unsubscribing from the shit that disconnects you from yourself.

Alcohol was just the first unsubscribe.
Then came the people pleasing.
The performance.
The burnout.
The self-abandonment.
The chasing.
The numbing.
The pretending.

This is where sobriety, nervous system regulation, Human Design, identity work, and raw truth collide.

No fake positivity.
No “just be grateful.”
No counting days forever like you’re serving a prison sentence.

Just real conversations about becoming someone who no longer needs to escape their own life.

For the sober-curious.
The sensitive people who got called “too much.”
The rebels.
The truth seekers.
The people who know they didn’t come here just to survive.
