Carry the Vision

Carry the Vision (CTV) offers tools, workshops, retreats, training and a community wide conference providing support and inspiration for those who are interested in the power of compassion and nonviolence to create positive change and a new way of living. Our Restore Life Skills Program is a way to work directly with individuals to realize this vision and create positive change and a new way of living. By learning to consciously connect with our breath, we can demonstrate a greater capacity to make positive decisions, respond rather than react, become ready to learn and concentrate, improve our interpersonal skills and manage strong emotions in stressful situations.
