Carrie On Living Well

Welcome to Carrie on Living Well! I'm Carrie, a certified health and wellness coach, and certified holistic nutritionist. I'm also a recovered food addict who use to weigh 200 pounds more than I do now. I turned my life around, and now I'm here to help you do the same.

If you're stuck in the cycle of food addiction, tired of feeling like crap, and want to actually live--not just exist--this is the place for you. I break down real, no BS strategies for food freedom, weight loss, and building a strong, independent, and thriving life. We're talking mindset shifts, food freedom, whole food plant based eating, habit and behavior changes, movement, sleep, nature--everything you need to actually feel good and stay that way.

You don't have to be trapped in bad habits forever!
