My name is Rhonda, and I am 60 years young. I began the carnivore lifestyle on January 2, 2023.

I’m 5’ 3” and currently weigh 120 pounds which is 80 pounds down from my heaviest. My reason for starting carnivore was to eliminate the blood pressure medications prescribed over the past 30 years. 

Prior to carnivore, I followed Dr. Gundry’s plant Paradox diet which resulted in my first 50 pound weight loss. However, my blood pressure remained elevated.

In 2022, Dr. Anthony Chaffee’s video (Plants are Trying to Kill You!) popped up in my YouTube feed, followed by Dr. Ken Berry’s videos. After New Year’s, I strictly followed Dr. Berry’s Beef, Butter, Bacon, and Eggs challenge, and lost the remaining 30 pounds within 90 days. Additionally, my blood pressure normalized and now I’m medication-fee!
