Carly Killen - Still Space Hull

I'm Carly. Breathwork Teacher, Registered Dietitian, Strength Coach, Platonic Touch Therapist and endlessly curious human behind Still Space Hull.

I’m interested in what helps us feel stronger, steadier and more ourselves, and what becomes possible when we create enough space to notice what we actually need.

Here you'll find Breathwork, conversations and curious explorations of strength, nourishment, connection, midlife, self-trust and the wonderfully messy experience of being human.

This is also home to the Rooted in Presence podcast, where I talk with people about health, wellbeing, identity, change and the many different ways we find our way back to ourselves.

I don't believe there's one right way to do life. My work is about creating space to notice, wonder and choose what feels right for you.

There’s space for you here.
