Carling Moves

Hi, I’m Carling. I've been teaching yoga and movement from 15+ years and possibly oversharing on the internet equally as long. The professional stuff classifies me as a Yoga teacher, Strength & Mobility Coach, and longtime teacher trainer. The more important stuff to know is that I'm a mom, a lifelong lover of movement and athletics, an avidly curious learner, and I have a dog named Coconut that looks like a bit like a horse & a kangaroo had a baby.

My mission is to help people move better and feel better. Usually thats with literal movement and practice - other times its with connection, shared life experiences, and sitting with you (from a far usually) while we all go through the many unexpected seasons of life.

I've spent a long time sharing both my education and my life, and my hope is to keep enjoying that process with snippets from both the personal and the professional here.
