CareTrust

CareTrust is a healthcare real estate investment company focused on acquiring and leasing seniors housing, skilled nursing, and care home properties to high-caliber operators deeply committed to caring for their employees, residents, and patients. In our line of work, the quality of the operator makes all the difference - and while it may not take one to know one, it certainly helps. As a healthcare REIT built by operators, for operators, CareTrust draws on more than 60 years of hands-on operating experience to thoughtfully vet providers and align them with the right opportunities. Our mission is simple: to fuel the missions of operators through a win-win investment approach that supports great care and delivers long-term value for our shareholders.
