Card • Board • Games

Card/Board/Games is a new tabletop gaming convention being built in Staffordshire.
Our aim is simple: bringing people together around the table.
We're creating an inclusive, welcoming event centred on playing games — with open board gaming, RPGs, a game library and ways to help people find games and other players.
But we're not there yet.
Building Card/Board/Games follows Jay and the team as we try to turn the idea into a real convention: finding a venue, working out the finances, designing the event, building the technology, making mistakes and discovering all the things we didn't realise we needed to think about.
We don't know exactly where the journey will end — so we're documenting it as it happens.
