Carboor Harvest

Carboor Harvest offers a range of premium roasted nuts, extra virgin nut oils and nut butters. We are passionate about offering exquisite nut products to inspired cooks and health focused foodies.
Australian consumers have long been denied access to quality Australian grown nut products (especially hazelnuts) having to shop seasonally at Farmers Markets or accept inferior imported product. We are here to fix that!
Founded in 2015, we are growing as an innovative hazelnut focused producer and manufacturer – we have planted over 12,000 hazelnut trees (as well as over 15,000 managed by our partners) and have significant plans for expansion.
Launching our bulk range with the 2020 harvest we offer annual contracts with buyers.
