With over 13 years of experience in fitness and holistic health coaching, I help women — especially those 40 and beyond — transform their bodies and energy without diets, extremes, or restriction.
My journey began in 2011, and since then I’ve committed to empowering women through functional strength training, real-food nutrition, and sustainable wellness habits. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to stay consistent and confident while balancing work, family, and life — which is why my approach is realistic, flexible, and focused on results that last.
