Camino Provisions

We first walked the Camino de Santiago in 2007. We've been going back ever since.

Not because we're extraordinary. Because every time we walk it, it teaches us something we couldn't have learned any other way — about our bodies, our limits, our marriage, and what it means to stay genuinely alive in the second half of life.

Camino Provisions is where we share everything the Camino keeps teaching us.

Practical tips for training, gear, and walking farther than you think you can. Honest talk about what staying active really looks like after 70. And the kind of inspiration that only comes from putting one foot in front of the other — for 500 miles, across northern Spain.

You don't have to walk the Camino to find something here for you.

But if you're looking for proof that the most interesting chapters of your life aren't behind you — you're in exactly the right place.

New videos here every week. Walk with us.
Buen Camino.
