B4CHEMO podcast with Calvin

I survived the streets. I survived the ring. I survived cancer.

Those experiences changed the way I see life—and they inspired me to create B4 CHEMO, a movement built on one belief: the choices we make today shape the life we live tomorrow.

As a speaker, advocate, and Stage III colorectal cancer survivor, I share honest conversations about prevention, resilience, wellness, faith, and intentional living. My goal isn’t simply to talk about surviving cancer—it’s to help people live healthier, fuller lives before a diagnosis ever changes everything.

B4 CHEMO is more than a name. It’s a lifestyle committed to prevention, wellness, and longevity.

Welcome to the journey.
