thecalmroom

There is a huge link between music & light and a sense of wellbeing.
A calm room can help with a huge range of issues including ADHD, SEND, Anxiety, Depression, Dementia, Insomnia etc...
I have created a safe space in Thame, Oxfordshire where people can come for a calm room session.
Please see www.thecalmroom.uk for more details and to make a booking.
All our kit is portable; I can travel to you.
These videos are a taster of the kit we use, and will hopefully help you.
