Constructive Advice For All Groups

I'm a bigot to every group I can find a way to be bigoted to under the following conditions:

1. The reason for it is accurate.
2. The reason is something the group can eliminate so they improve.
3. I'm indifferent to if I sound mean, offense is a short-term pain that I'm willing to dish out for long term to permanent improvement.
