Hi, I’m Silu Sao, and welcome to From Prep to Plate.

I’m a chef, former restaurateur, and functional nutrition coach. Over time—through developing recipes, coaching, and cooking for my family—I realized most people don’t need more complicated cooking. They need a better system for getting dinner on the table.
