BackYard Chop Shop

Welcome to BackYard Chop Shop! I build, fix and modify things in my backyard shop, and I show you how so you can do it too.

You'll find waste oil heaters made from wood stoves, water heaters and pellet stoves, plus RV tips, rock tumbler builds, gold prospecting and metal detecting, and whatever equipment mods I'm tinkering with next. No fancy tools needed. A lot of these builds take no welding at all.

Shop safety first: my waste oil heaters are built for the shop, not the house.
