Built by time

Welcome to Built By Time.

I’m 35, and I’ve been lifting weights for 12 years. This channel is about building muscle, strength training, fitness, nutrition, and the reality of staying consistent with the gym for the long run.

You’ll find real workouts, training ideas, fitness experiments, nutrition, supplements, and lessons I’ve learned through years of lifting—not quick fixes or overnight transformations.

Whether you’re just getting started or you've been lifting for years, Built By Time is about one simple idea:
You don't build a great physique overnight. You build it one workout, one rep, and one year at a time.
Built by time. Built by consistency.
